By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions shall apply to all agreements concluded by Rejoice and to all offers and order confirmations issued by Rejoice. These general terms and conditions also apply to additional assignments and follow-up assignments from the client. Any new features or tools which are added to the current services and store shall also be subject to the general terms and conditions

Any other general terms and conditions of the client shall not apply unless expressly accepted by Rejoice in writing.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these general terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. You can review the most current version of the general terms and conditions at any time on this page.

Deviations from these general terms and conditions are valid only if expressly agreed in writing. A breach or violation of any of the general terms and conditions will result in an immediate termination of our services.

Personal data

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from us. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By entering into an agreement with Rejoice, Rejoice is granted permission for automatic processing of the personal data obtained from the agreement. Such personal data will be used by Rejoice exclusively for its own activities.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timelessness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Modifications to the Service, Prices and Invoice

Quotations made by Rejoice are non-binding; they are valid for 30 days unless otherwise indicated. Rejoice is only bound by the offers if the acceptance thereof is confirmed by the other party in writing within 30 days.

The price of services, with the exception of travel, are expressed in euros and inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, all levies or taxes imposed or levied in respect of the goods and services shall be at the expense of the client. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

If you require an invoice, inform us via email prior to the purchase. After purchase, invoicing will not be possible. An extra administration fee of 36,3 euro VAT incl. will be charged for invoicing a purchase of less than 600,- euro.

Execution of agreements

The agreements concluded between Rejoice and the client lead for Rejoice to an obligation of effort, not to an obligation of result, whereby Rejoice is obliged to fulfil its obligations in such a way, as can be expected from Rejoice according to standards of care and craftsmanship at the time of fulfilment.

The client will honestly and openly contribute and engage in the sessions. The client assumes responsibility, accountability and authority over his/her own behaviour and its consequences, both during the time the counselor and client spend together and afterwards, for achieving results. Furthermore, the client will come to the sessions at the agreed time and place, take notes where necessary and abide by any agreements made during the sessions.

Cancellation/ termination of the agreement

Rejoice has the right, without giving any reason, to cancel the counseling program or workshop/training or refuse participation of a client, in which cases the client shall be entitled to a refund of the full amount paid by the client to Rejoice minus the services provided up to the termination.

The client has the right to cancel participation in or assignment of the counseling program or workshop/training/travel by email, according to the following stipulations:

Energy Transmissions

All energy transmissions are done around the intent formulated by you and discussed via email, via online audio- or video sessions. Anything not stated in this intent, will not be included in the transmission.

Once a transmission is purchased, change already starts taking place and refund is not possible.

However, if the client wishes to reschedule, due to emergency, there is no charge for rescheduling up until 7 days prior to the appointment. There will be a 50% charge of the original session price, for rescheduling between 7 and 2 days prior to the appointment and no refund after that. The rescheduled session shall take place within 28 days after the originally planned date.

If for any reason there is a delay on Rejoice’s end due to emergencies, health or family issues, you will be notified via email beforehand.

One-on-One Sessions

There is no charge for rescheduling or canceling up until 7 days prior to the appointment. However, there will be a 50% charge of the original session price, for rescheduling between 7 and 2 days prior to the appointment and no refund after that. The rescheduled session shall take place within 28 days after the originally planned date.

If for any reason there is a need to reschedule on Rejoice’s end, due to emergencies, health or family issues, you will be notified via email beforehand.

Group events

There is no charge for rescheduling or canceling up until 14 days prior to the appointment. However, there will be a 50% charge of the original session price, for rescheduling or canceling between 14 and 7 days prior to the event and no refund after that unless stated otherwise. The rescheduled session shall take place within 28 days after the originally planned date.

If for any reason there is a need to reschedule on Rejoice’s end, due to emergencies, health or family issues, you will be notified via email beforehand.
